Retaining Walls
Adding a retaining wall can be a necessary item or an accent piece to spruce up your yard. We can install a front garden wall or a fully engineered retaining wall for your home or business. Drainage and grade are the most impactful on what can affect the installation of your wall. Let JMF help you design and install the proper wall for you. Outdoor Features
While installing your patio or walkway, don’t forget to leave room for additional features! We can add to existing patios and sidewalks or your private garden. Dress up the area with sitting walls or a bench, pillars, a fire pit (gas or wood), steps, borders, outdoor kitchen, or fireplace. Cleaning and Sealing
We always recommend cleaning and sealing your hardscape areas – new or old. Why neglect your new patio or sidewalk? Just like anything else left outside in our climate, pavers need to be cleaned and maintained. Sealing your pavers protects them from our climate to maintain the color and face of the stone. It can repel water and prevent the growth of moss and weed buildup. Have an old patio or sidewalk that you want to bring back to life? Cleaning and sealing your pavers will rejuvenate them. We also clean and seal concrete. There are many types of sealers so we will recommend the right product for your job. There are different finishes from a wet look, to a shiny look, or a mat finish. Ask us about our maintenance plans or your one time cleaning and sealing need.
Warranties
We offer a 3-year installation one time use warranty on all labor only. Our labor warranty is on all of our hardscape installation only (patios, sidewalk, walls, and outdoor features). Material warranties are provided through the manufacturer and can fluctuate depending on what product the customer has chosen. Natural stone does not have a warranty on the material.
